01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between kg999 uzi and the user of its services ("Member" or "User"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, payments, and related features provided through https://kg999uzi.cam ("Platform").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on kg999 uzi, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.
• The mobile number and email address used for registration must belong to the user personally.
• The account password must be strong and not easily guessable, and must not be shared with any third party.

2.2 Prohibited Persons

Individuals who have previously been banned from kg999 uzi or any affiliated platform, or whose accounts were closed due to fraud, may not create a new account. Any violation of this rule will result in the relevant account and all associated balances being forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account. Sharing, selling, or transferring login credentials to anyone else is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

03 Account Verification

kg999 uzi may request document verification to confirm a member's identity. This verification becomes mandatory particularly during the withdrawal process or when unusual activity is detected on an account.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal request may be suspended or cancelled. For any questions regarding verification, please contact the support team directly.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kg999 uzi accepts the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal limit is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Payment Restrictions

• Funds deposited into the account must come from the user's own legitimate source.
• Mobile banking accounts registered in a third party's name may not be used.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — that is, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus is issued once only; any attempt to claim the bonus using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will cause the bonus to be cancelled.
• Bonuses are valid for a specific time period, which is stated on the promotions page.
• kg999 uzi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The kg999 uzi platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, cricket and other sports betting. Each game has its own rules and is governed by the terms of the game provider.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the relevant bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the game log.
• The platform reserves the right to void any winnings awarded due to a software error, misconfiguration, or human mistake in any game.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

If a member attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage, engages in collusion with other players, or uses bots or automated software, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance will be forfeited.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports, outcomes will be determined based on the announcement of the official governing body. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules.

07 VIP Program

The kg999 uzi VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Platform

kg999 uzi may immediately suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Misuse of the bonus system or operating multiple accounts.
• Technical interference with or attempts to damage platform operations.
• Suspicious or unlawful financial transactions.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn subject to fulfilling the applicable terms before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability

While kg999 uzi makes every effort to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connection disruptions.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing login credentials with others.
• Any issues arising from third-party software or services.
• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. Every betting decision is the member's own and the full responsibility lies with the member. kg999 uzi does not guarantee any specific outcome.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information will be used only for service delivery, verification, and promotional communications.
• The terms of the privacy policy apply to any sharing of information with third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming
